Email design is something I know very well. Having worked for several large email service providers
around the country, I’ve learned what works, what doesn’t and why. In the last five years,
the overwhelming shift to viewing email on mobile devices has made it imperative that your
email be mobile-friendly. And a mobile-friendly email on every device in every email browser
has truly become an art form. Much like with website design, before starting a project, I like to find out business goals, recipient list demographics and current
performance amongst other discovery items. In the end, we can plan a campaign that looks
good and generates the clicks you’re after.
